Zinka is a strategic communications specialist with significant experience managing day to day business and financial communications and media relations for both listed and private companies and organisations.

Her work includes advising clients in a range of sectors and markets around transactions, issues and crisis management and digital communications. Zinka has advised management teams on their broad communications requirements through critical periods of growth, as well as supported “in-house” communications teams in need of strategic advisory and additional bandwidth. Prior to joining CDR, Zinka led and grew the Financial Services practice at Hawthorn Advisors, where she advised a number of clients in the broad Alternative Investment Management sectors including private equity and private credit.

Outside work Zinka is a mum of two energetic children and a keen but average tennis player!
