As a senior advisor with over two decades of investor relations experience, Sandra has worked with close to 100 companies in Europe, the US and Asia, providing board level communications counsel on IPOs, capital restructurings, de-listings, M&A, shareholder activism, bond offerings, crisis management and ongoing engagement with debt and equity analysts and investors. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, with a particularly strong track record in TMT, financial services, and natural resources.

As part of her role, Sandra also advises companies on all aspects of sustainability reporting and engagement, from narrative development to proactive communication of achievements.

She enjoys playing an active role within the IR society, as a regular guest speaker at industry events, member of the IR Society Membership Committee and contributor to news articles on issues affecting the IR profession.
