Jos has 15 years’ financial communications consultancy, media strategy, crisis and issues handling experience for both private and public companies. Jos joined CDR in 2010 and has worked across a range of retained financial and corporate clients, advising clients across a range of sectors with particular experience of the retail, consumer and property sectors. She has acted on over 20 IPOs, including advising on Government privatisations and large-scale retail offers, and her transaction experience includes M&A across borders and markets.

Her experience also encompasses advising many high-profile situations. These include events such as the fire at Primark’s store in Bank Buildings, Sir Christopher Kelly’s investigation into the Co-operative Bank, and reputational communications for Persimmon – the UK’s largest remuneration row and subsequent investigations into the safety of their new homes and quality of customer care.
