Deborah Tsui is Managing Director and Head of Financial Services at Citigate Dewe Rogerson Hong Kong, leading development and management of this sector. With nearly 20 years in public relations, Deborah has a broad range of experience working with financial institutions and corporate clients such as AIA Group, abrdn, Mayer Brown, Natixis CIB, State Street, Julius Baer and Fidelity.

She has also been involved in communications for major financial transactions. Deborah rejoined CDR after three years at Alibaba Group as Director of Corporate Affairs for APAC where she developed market-specific communications programmes to enhance domestic brand awareness. She also handled various crises and issues. Earlier in her career, Deborah worked as an Event Coordinator at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking and Institutional Equities divisions. Deborah speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
