Charlotte heads up CDR Corporate’s Consumer Financial Services division and has a wealth of experience across this space, particularly insurance and banking. She is a senior director and has advised clients across major B2C and B2B financial services organisations such as HSBC, Capital One, Virgin Money, Direct Line Group, Prudential and Santander. She supports clients on both corporate and creative consumer PR, advising on everything from crises, to corporate issues, to developing brand building news generation campaigns.
