Senior Digital Account Executive

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic digital social media and public relations campaigns.
  • Social media monitoring and evaluation through tools such as Sysmos and Brandwatch.
  • Design and implement effective advertising and sponsored post campaigns across social channels
  • Conduct audits of client social media channels and those of competitors
  • Commissioning infographics, visuals and video content
  • Knowledge of SEO and the ability to track and analyse website traffic flow through Google Analytics
  • Support Head of Digital on new business responses and proposals
  • Draft compelling social media copy across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Instagram
  • Schedule social content and support with day-to-day community management
  • Develop follower/community acquisition plans to support the development and growth of digital channels

Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital; either PR agency or client-side PR experience
  • Understanding of the current social and digital media landscape, the latest online behaviour trends, as well as existing and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical skills - both quantitative and qualitative
  • Experience measuring and monitoring social media and developing recommendations for how these insights can be used to inform campaign planning and optimisation
  • Experience managing influencer programmes
  • Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to create analyses that move beyond an explanation of “what happened” to “why it happened”
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Be able to ask for help when appropriate, but balance this with an ability to think for yourself and suggest solutions
